Hello World! I'm back... With A Baby!
Hello hello...
Yes, I disappeared again.
No, seriously this time because I had a very very big project. I was having a baby.
Back to the real life after our summer holiday in my home country, Indonesia, of which report I haven't even yet finished. :( Because, while I tried as much to spend a little bit of time everyday to update my website and blog, my time was so occupied by work and taking care of the house, and at night when it was all done, all I wanted was just resting. And then it became even more when my pregnancy got older. In the first trimester I always felt sleepy and tired so easily, and when the sleepiness period was over, my belly got bigger and heavier, and the urge for resting was even bigger. And so I was absent again from blogging.
Some unforgettable, memorable events have happened since then. So you know, our little Logan Ananda has come to the world, cheering our days, on March 25, 2011, in Tsu city, Mie Prefecture, two weeks after the devastating tsunami hit northeast Japan. Logan's birth had distracted people's attention toward Tsunami. For two weeks, just before Logan arrived, I was so done with concerning questions from people, mostly "Are you ok?", despite that since the first shock, the shock, I have posted statuses on Facebook, updated it every minute, telling people over and over again that "we are ok". Then there was Logan, finally, after waiting for almost three days of delivery, and all the attention went to him. And here I am, quit my part-time job, taking care of our cutie, and proud mom.
There wouldn't be enough words to thank my husband for his endless patience and support for me, of without, I would not have the strength to go through all of it.
And then we moved to Yokkaichi. Yes, we have left Kuwana on July 2011. Joe had done his contract with JET, so he signed a contract of a new job with a Montessori school in Yokkaichi. Thus, there we moved. And so here we are now, in a half of a modest Japanese house that is very cold in the winter, yet has nice wood panels in the living room.
And Jason left. Jason? Yes, Jason. Bennefield. Jason is a best friend of almost everyone who knows him, and that is including us, Joe, me and Logan. Jason left because of dolphins. Because a teacher he used to work with insisted that dolphins are fish and couldn't accept his explanation that dolphins are mammals, not fish. It took them a long argument until Jason finally concluded, "OK, I'm done with Japan." And so he decided to leaf and continued searching his dream.
Welcome to my world, thanks for stopping by. Life is colorful!
